As “America’s Optimism Coach,” Lucy Beal truly is “The Voice for Optimism.” With more than 17 years of experience in the health and wellness field, she is an honor’s graduate with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin and a Suma Cum Laude graduate from California State University with a degree in Health Science. She is an author, life coach, National Certified Counselor, motivational speaker, member of the elite healthcare expert team “HEAL” (Healthcare Experts Alliance for Life) and founder of “Optimistic Hearts of America,” which is a national Campaign designed to educate, inform, and inspire women in midlife about the health benefits of Optimism, especially in reducing the risk of death from heart disease and other chronic illnesses. She is also the creator of the “O-Zone LIFE-SUCCESS POWER Coaching Program” and has a new book coming out in early 2010.
Lucy passionately shares her message about the mind, body and spiritual healing power of Optimism, what she calls “The Hidden Asset.” She is a firm believer that Optimism is an energy inside of us that has healing power over all kinds of illnesses, issues, and problems. By becoming more aware of limiting thoughts and by learning how to let go of negative mindsets, we free ourselves from the burden of the burden of the ‘third-shift’ (those last hours of the day when we question every decision we make). From this awareness, we allow ourselves the experience of improved health and well-being and a ‘conscious progression’ into a more enlightened state of mind.
