Mary MacNab is a metaphysical teacher and catalyst for transformation. In 1998 she had her first awakening, in those that followed, in 1999, 2002, 2004 and 2006, She began to embody the flow of the Divine energies that allow change in ease, grace and compassion. In 2009, she received a download from the Divine Feminine on how to hold and help others to hold, sacred spaces in consciousness that help us navigate these turbulent times.

"An initiate in several eastern and western esoteric traditions, ordained in three, Mary has spent most of her life studying vibration, perception, and consciousness. Her path has led her to many teachers, healers, and wisdom traditions. She has walked the paths of Vedanta, Zen and Tibetan Buddhism, Huna, the Toltec traditions, Native American and Celtic wisdom teachings, spent decades in the practice of martial arts, and worked through an intense 13-year apprenticeship program encompassing various forms of Mysticism.
Mary was born 'open', a life-long intuitive, clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient. Her abilities pierce the veils of the sacred architecture of soul level alignment, accessing the soul’s blueprint for internal resonance, or authenticity. She is able to perceive what resonates and what is out of harmony with the authentic self. In these alignments, Mary acts as a conscious conduit for Spirit, facilitating the connection between mind, body, and Source, helping all aspects of self move into resonance with what the soul truly came here to create and express.
Mary has facilitated alignments for individuals from a diverse variety of backgrounds and life experiences. These alignments help people to understand their unique vibrational signatures, learn how to embody their unique spiritual gifts, and create powerful transformation in their lives and in the reality we are co-creating together.
The focus of the teachings and alignments that come through Mary is that we all came here to express divinity in a symphony of amazingly beautiful harmony in diversity. Look to nature for your examples: snow flakes, leaves, cherry blossoms ... no two are ever the same, and they are all ‘perfect’." So too are we all divine.

Journey to Your Light
Beth Lynch, Meditation Instructor, Medium and Intuitive Consultant

Beth Lynch is certified as a meditation instructor, medium and intuitive consultant from Delphi University of Metaphysical Studies. She has studied meditation, yoga and other alternative methods of personal awareness for 15 years. She is passionate about teaching meditation to all ages and has seen first hand the transformation it has on ones life when they are committed to a personal practice.
Inner Light Teachings is the name of her practice and has been in operating for 12 years.
Beginning in South Florida she returned to Geneva where she was raised. Her practice has continued to grow in this community. She has volunteered in local cancer survivor groups and Lakeview Mental Health Clinic introducing many to meditation who otherwise may not have been exposed to it.
She is presently conducting classes and sessions at the Inner Light Meditation Center,in Geneva, NY. The Center has classes in meditation and personal empowerment. She offers an evening of meditation free every fourth Tuesday of the month. Seating is limited and always filled to capacity, so you must reserve your space !
Her sensitivity to the thoughts of emotions of those in spirit has led her to help others in the healing and understanding of grief. Many do not understand that there is a natural and sacred communication between the spirit world and those still in physical expression. She has healed the loss of both her father and mother (died in Amtrak crash 17 years ago)
One of her most personal experiences with the spirit world was her mother coming to her at the time of accident saying she was gone. Through her own personal healing the ability to see and feel spirits strengthened. This explained the many experiences she had as a child.
She has traveled extensively to work with others in understanding the power of healing and acceptance of grief.
Beth feels blessed to be able to help people from all over the country. Much of her work is also done via Skype and phone. She can be seen as a guest on the Kimberly Rose “Innerviews”, a CBS and BBS affiliate internet radio program.
She is author of Journey To Light “Meditation For the Soul” Meditation Book and Donald’s Journey to the Tree Childrens Meditation CD/Book. She is founder of the Inner Light Awareness & Practitioner Program. A personal journey into the understanding of energy, thought, emotion, and love of ones Self.
